• Focus: a 6-week blended learning stream on evidence-informed decision making and knowledge translation for internationally educated health professionals. Participants complete NCCMT modules independently and apply their learning in facilitated small-group sessions. The program moves from framing a focused question to searching, appraising, interpreting, and translating evidence into practical recommendations.
• Outcome: 
• Completion of an applied evidence product such as an evidence brief, case summary, or poster presentation. All products include a clearly defined question, identification of study designs, critical appraisal considerations, and practical implications for decision making. Participants will present their work at the pre-conference and be listed in the summit program.
• Approximate time : 4–5 hours per week over 6 weeks, including module completion, live sessions, and capstone development.

Learning Modules: NCCMT Learning Modules (participants register individually and complete assigned modules relevant to each week’s topic).

This program is designed as professional skill development rather than academic research training. Participants apply evidence-informed decision-making methods to produce structured, practice-based outputs such as evidence briefs, case summaries, or posters. These products involve question formulation, structured evidence searching, critical appraisal, applicability assessment, and recommendation development. The completed work can be presented at the pre-conference, included in program proceedings, and used as a practical example of applied evidence work for CVs and professional portfolios.

• Focus: Applied analytics in healthcare setting with a focus on tools and technologies example: Excel, Power BI, SPSS, R Studio (introductory & applied)
• Outcome: 
• Data-driven healthcare poster or live analytics pitch at Summit
• Certificate of completion (analytics-focused).

• Title: “Licensure to Employment: Navigating Practice & Careers in Canada”
• Weekly sessions featuring a different regulated profession (e.g., medicine, nursing, pharmacy, dentistry, rehab sciences)
• Include short “peer-to-peer” testimonial videos or mentor sessions
