The Annual IEHPs Summit 2025, hosted by Pegasus Institute, is a national program designed to support internationally educated health professionals (IEHPs) as they transition into the Canadian healthcare workforce. Centered on the theme “Bridging Borders: IEHPs into Practice,” the summit emphasizes workforce integration through licensure, mentorship, and sector collaboration, bringing together IEHPs, employers, and community partners.
Key highlights include profession-specific guidance on navigating Canadian licensure pathways, direct connections with employers and community partners, workforce integration programs that support entry into healthcare roles, mentorship, observership, and shadowing opportunities, as well as bilingual and inclusive engagement across both Anglophone and Francophone streams.
