Assessment of Fundamental Knowledge (AFK)
Exam Date: August 11, 2025
Registration Opens: March 5, 2025, at 10:00 AM ET
Registration Deadline: July 7, 2025, at 9:00 PM ET
Fee: $1,000 CAD

- Electronic Format: Prometric test centers in Canada, Australia, and New Zealand
Note: The AFK is offered twice a year, in February and August.
Assessment of Clinical Judgement (ACJ)
Exam Date: November 25, 2025
Registration Deadline: April 2, 2025, at 9:00 PM ET
Fee: $1,350 CAD
Locations: Prometric test centers across Canada and select international locations
