PEBC Examination Dates and Fees

      Payment Methods

      • Online Payments: Visa or MasterCard credit cards only.
      • Offline Payments (within Canada): Certified Canadian cheque, bank draft, or money order in CAD, payable to PEBC or The Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada.
      • Offline Payments (outside Canada): International money order or bank draft drawn from a Canadian bank. Ensure that the payment method is cleared through the Canadian clearing system.

     

      Important Notes for Nigerian Candidates

      • If possible, apply online and pay by Visa or MasterCard.
      • If paying in U.S. dollars offline, add an extra 10% to the USD amount to cover conversion expenses.

     

      Fee Receipts

      • Document Evaluation and Pharmacist Evaluating and Qualifying Examination: A fee receipt will be added to your ‘Digital Wallet’ once payment for an application is completed.

        Please do not request a fee receipt for income tax purposes. PEBC is an examining body, so it does not issue T2202 official tax receipts. Please follow up with the Canadian Revenue Agency to clarify their taxation policies as they relate to PEBC exam fees.

    Refund Policies

    Refunds are processed 6 weeks after the exam date, with specific conditions for different types of withdrawals:

        • On or before the application deadline: Exam fee minus CAD 150.
        • After the deadline, but more than 8 weeks before the exam: 50% refund.
        • Less than 8 weeks before the exam: No refund.
        • Documented illness: Up to 33% refund.
        • Documented bereavement or compassionate circumstances: Up to 50% refund.
        • Document Evaluation (before evaluation is completed): Fee minus CAD 150.

    For refunds sent outside of Canada, CAD 30 will be deducted for a money order or CAD 50 for a wire transfer.
